Very quick with delivery and efficient as well
I ordered an items 3 weeks ago. Money was taken out of my account and i was given confirmation that my iteam was purchased. After not hearing anything about my order for a while i sent email to the customer service team, i was then told my item would be delivered on the 15/1/21 but of course it didn't arrive. I emailed the customer service team again and was then told that there was no order under this email and that i needed to contact my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT'S A SCAM. No apology given at all and no one was trying to fix my order and tell me where it was. I was ignored multiple times.

Overall good purchase, strangely though once completed the website switched from Swedish to Spanish. Delivery a bit lengthy taking a over a week but my shoes arrived at the estimated date.
After reading the negative reviews I almost cancelled my order but in the end, decided against cancelling.
Very happy to have received my order after 7 days. Absolutely no issues with delivery or the product.
I have placed my order (Order number: 20212711) already at the end of November 2019.
The package was never delivered to me, nor did I receive a refund.
I don’t know what was the problem in the delivery, but I am certainly not the one to be blamed for.
The address I supplied was accurate. Runnerinn’s response was that they will start process the refund only after the item is returned.
The company refuses to understand that it is not I who initiated the return of the item!
The situation now is that Runnerinn don’t take any responsibility: They refuse my logical suggestion to send a new pair, but they also do not process a refund (I can only guess that if they eventually make the refund they will deduct high international shipping costs – which is really unfair).

I was bit concerned when read reviews aftwer ordering sneakers.

The status has been saying shipped for weeks, but no package. I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before placing my order. Very poor service.
Terrible customer experience.
I ordered a running shoes and it has been three weeks that tracking information has not yet changed. When you contact them, they blame every thing on custom and Covid. I would never buy any thing from them.
Dreadful/non-existent customer service. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. I placed an order on 26th Nov (order number 20120010) and not only have they still not arrived, every time I log on to check, the delivery date gets pushed back. It's now saying 31st Dec and this was meant as a Christmas present - over 1 month is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I think the whole thing could be a scam because they don’t send out confirmations or notifications and when I finally got through to customer service someone answered and kept saying "hello? hello? I can't hear you" and hanging up! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Please, please avoid this company. Absolutely horrendous 'customer service'. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and hadn't received any kind of shipping notification, so I messaged them and was told there was a delay in receiving the stock but it should go out on the 4th Dec. I asked for an update today and was told it's been delayed by another week. I've asked for confirmation that the order will eventually be available, because if there's a chance it won't, I'll cancel. However, they've now stopped responding to my messages. I wish I'd done my research on this company first, would never have placed with them if I realised how poor the service was.
Update 6.12.2020 firm have been in touch via trust pilot to ask for my order number (it's 19919921). However, they've ignored my last 5 messages via Instagram, so not really sure why I need to provide the details here as well? Is it to give the impression that you care about your customers, because my 5 unread messages would kind of contradict that....
